Enquiries and confirmation

Submitting the website form is a request for a transfer. It does not reserve a vehicle or confirm a booking. A transfer is confirmed only when the reservations team sends the individual booking confirmation.

Your travel details

Please check the pickup and destination, flight numbers, dates, Korean local times, passenger count, and luggage details. Notify the team promptly if anything changes. The individual confirmation sets out the agreed journey and meeting arrangements.

Vehicles and special requirements

Vehicle descriptions on this site are general categories. The assigned vehicle and suitability for your passengers, luggage, and requested equipment are confirmed individually. Child seats, accessible transport, oversized luggage, and additional stops should be discussed before confirmation.

Timing and airport connections

Road conditions, airport processes, and airline schedules can affect the journey. Follow the pickup instructions in your confirmation. For an airport connection, also check the onward airline’s check-in and connection guidance.

Changes and cancellations

Contact the reservations team as soon as you need to change or cancel a journey. The arrangements and applicable terms supplied with your booking confirmation govern the individual booking.
