This page explains how information submitted through Airport Transfer Seoul is used to handle transfer enquiries.

Information you provide

The enquiry form collects your name, email, phone number, pickup and destination, travel date and time, passenger and luggage counts, and vehicle preference. You may also provide flight details and journey notes. Please only include information needed to arrange your transfer.

How enquiry information is used

Information is used to respond to your enquiry, plan the requested journey, communicate booking details, and manage changes. Journey and contact details may be shared with the transport provider assigned to fulfil a confirmed transfer. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing list.

Storage and service providers

Enquiries are stored in a restricted website administration area and sent to the reservations mailbox. Hosting and email providers process this information as part of providing those services. Information is retained for as long as needed to handle the enquiry, provide the arranged service, and meet applicable record-keeping obligations.

Website operation

The site uses security checks and a short-lived, hashed network identifier to limit repeated form submissions. Website hosting may also keep technical access logs. Administration login cookies apply to authorised staff. The enquiry form does not use advertising trackers.

Optional address search

Where Google address search is enabled, using that search sends your search text to Google to provide place suggestions. You can instead enter the full address directly in the ordinary pickup and drop-off fields.

Email and WhatsApp

If you choose to contact us by email or WhatsApp, that communication is also handled by the relevant email or messaging provider under its own terms and privacy information.

Your information

Contact the reservations team to ask about information held about you, request a correction or deletion, or raise a privacy concern. Include enough detail to identify your enquiry without sending unnecessary sensitive information.
