Choose the airport printed on your flight itinerary: Incheon (ICN) or Gimpo (GMP). If you are unsure, include your flight number and we can help check your arrival details.
Where will I meet my driver?
Your confirmation includes meeting instructions for your airport and terminal. Follow those instructions rather than joining a general taxi queue. If anything is unclear, message the reservations team.
Can I travel with children or extra luggage?
Yes, please tell us the ages of children, any child-seat requirements, and the size and number of your bags. We will confirm a suitable vehicle and any requested equipment before you travel.
Is my transfer booked when I submit the form?
