SEOUL TRAVEL ADVICE

Choosing a vehicle for your Seoul transfer

Published

The right vehicle fits both your travelling party and what you bring. Start with passenger numbers, then consider luggage and any equipment that needs extra space.

Sedans for smaller parties

Our Standard Sedan, Mercedes E-Class, and Mercedes S-Class categories each list capacity for three passengers and two bags. Choose the class that suits your preferences, and tell us if your bags are unusually large.

Extra room for families

The Luxury SUV category lists four passengers and four bags, while the Mercedes V-Class lists seven passengers and seven bags. A pushchair or child seat can affect the arrangement, so include these details in your request.

Keep larger groups together

Mercedes Sprinter and Mini Coach categories list up to sixteen and thirty passengers respectively, with corresponding bag counts. For event schedules, multiple pickup points, or a larger group, contact the team to discuss the full itinerary.

Confirm the complete fit

Capacity figures describe each vehicle class. Photos are representative, and the assigned vehicle and special requirements are confirmed with your booking. View all seven fleet options or ask the reservations team for help choosing.

Vehicle class capacities
Vehicle Passengers Bags
Standard Sedan 3 2
Mercedes E-Class 3 2
Mercedes S-Class 3 2
Luxury SUV 4 4
Mercedes V-Class 7 7
Mercedes Sprinter 16 16
Mini Coach 30 30

These figures describe the listed vehicle classes. They are a starting point for choosing your ride; oversized luggage, child seats, and special equipment should be discussed before the final vehicle is confirmed.

Think about the shape of your luggage

Two compact cases and two large hard-shell suitcases can need very different amounts of room. If your luggage is unusually bulky, give the approximate dimensions rather than relying on the bag count alone. Remember shopping bags, camera cases, folding pushchairs, and sports equipment when describing what you will bring.

For example, a couple with two ordinary suitcases might consider a sedan, while the same couple with a pushchair and several large cases should ask the team to review a roomier option. The aim is to match the whole trip, not simply the number of seats.

Choose for the people travelling

For a business visit, you may prefer a saloon and a direct route to your appointment. A family may value additional room and keeping everyone in one vehicle. For a conference or celebration, knowing the total number of passengers and each pickup point helps the team plan the group’s arrival.

Tell us about access needs separately. A vehicle described as spacious is not necessarily wheelchair-accessible, and a higher seat may not suit every passenger. Explain the assistance and equipment required so suitability can be checked before confirmation.

Send a complete group itinerary

For larger parties, share the passenger count, suitcase count, all pickup and drop-off addresses, and your preferred schedule. If travellers are arriving on different flights, list those flights rather than treating the group as a single arrival.

A return journey may have different luggage or passenger numbers. Include those changes in your enquiry. If you need more than thirty seats or several vehicles, contact the team to discuss an individual arrangement.

Vehicle selection FAQs

Will I receive the exact vehicle in the photograph?

Photos represent each class. If the pictured model is unavailable, a similar or better vehicle of the same class is provided. The assigned arrangement is confirmed with your booking.

Do children count towards passenger capacity?

Include every traveller in the passenger count, including children. Also provide their ages and any child-seat requirements so the vehicle and seats can be checked together.

What if my bags exceed the listed capacity?

Tell the team the number and size of the bags before confirmation. A larger vehicle or another arrangement may be needed; do not assume extra bags will fit.

Can the team choose a vehicle for me?

Yes. Select “Please recommend a vehicle” in the form and include your group size, luggage, and any special requirements.
